Event Management — Weddings
Full-service wedding planning and production — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — at the venue you choose. We handle the vendors, the timeline, and the day itself, so your family gets to be wedding guests.
Start PlanningThe Approach
A wedding is the largest event most people will ever organize, run once, with no rehearsal for the logistics. That's the problem we solve. We plan it, book it, schedule it, and run it — so nobody in your family spends the day working.
We're venue-independent. We'll shortlist spaces against your guest count and budget, negotiate the contracts, and produce the day wherever you choose — including venues that host the ceremony and reception in one place, so guests never have to travel mid-celebration.
From the first planning session to the send-off, you get one team and one point of contact. On the day, that person is on site from vendor load-in to the last car leaving.
What We Host
From the ceremony aisle to the last sparkler send-off — we've set the stage for Charlotte's most unforgettable wedding days.
Why The Boundary
A planner is the one vendor whose job is to manage all the others. Here's what that actually buys you.
01
We find the space, not sell you ours. That includes venues that hold ceremony and reception in one place — and the room flip in between, scheduled so guests never feel the gap between "I do" and the first dance.
02
Charlotte inside out — what a venue actually costs once the fees are added, which florists deliver on volume, which bands are worth the money, and which dates are already gone. That knowledge shapes the budget from day one.
03
Your love story is one of a kind. Our team works closely with you from the very first consultation through the final dance to ensure every detail reflects exactly who you are as a couple.
04
Everything the day needs, sourced and managed:
05
Every wedding runs late somewhere. Ours don't run late everywhere, because the run of show is built with slack in the right places and someone is actively driving it all day.
06
We come out of a marketing agency, which shows up in the details most planners skip — the invitation suite, the wedding website, signage, and the content captured on the day.
We shortlist venues against your guest count, budget, and format, run the site visits with you, and negotiate the contract — including the clauses most couples don't think to ask about.
Floor plans, seating, the run of show, and day-of coordination. We chase every vendor for arrival times and confirm them the week before, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
We spec and book the lighting to your palette — warm and low through dinner, brighter and bolder once the dancing starts — and brief the crew so the transitions land on cue.
We source and manage the AV — sound for the ceremony, mics that work for toasts, and screens for slideshows — then test it before guests arrive rather than during the speeches.
Caterers, florists, photographers, DJs and bands — sourced, quoted, contracted, and managed. If you already have vendors you love, we'll work with them rather than replace them.
Questions
Often, yes — and where it's possible we usually recommend it. We prioritize venues that can hold both, then schedule the room flip during cocktail hour so guests never leave. One location, one timeline, no mid-day travel.
From twenty people to several hundred. Because we source the venue rather than own one, the guest count drives the space instead of the other way around — tell us the number and we'll shortlist rooms that genuinely fit it.
That's the job. Florals, lighting, table configurations, drapery, signage — we design it with you, source it, and manage the install. If you have vendors you already want, we'll bring them into the plan.
We source it. We work with a roster of caterers across every format — passed appetisers, buffet, plated dinner, late-night snacks — and we'll shortlist against your budget, arrange the tastings, and manage them on the day.
Yes — and we'll book them if you haven't. We check power and load-in requirements against the venue before anything is signed, which is the detail that most often catches couples out with live bands.
Twelve to eighteen months for peak dates and weekend evenings — that's when the good venues and the best vendors go. Shorter timelines are workable more often than people expect, so ask anyway; we'll be honest about what's still achievable.
Yes. We spec the screens and playback into the AV package and run a full test before doors — so the slideshow actually plays when the moment comes.
Catering Partners
We match the kitchen to the brief rather than defaulting to one caterer. We work with a roster of premium chef-driven partners across every format — passed canapés, family style, plated dinner, full bar, and late-night service — and we shortlist against your menu, your dietary requirements, and your budget. If you already have a caterer you trust, we bring them in rather than replace them.
