Event Management — Sports
We produce watch parties, tournament activations, and team celebrations — sourcing the venue, the screens, the bar, and the programming, then running the room while the game is on.
Start PlanningThe Approach
A watch party lives or dies on things nobody notices when they're right — whether the feed is legal and stable, whether the sound carries over a full room, and whether the bar can serve two hundred people during a fifteen-minute half-time. That's what we manage.
Playoff watch party, season-end banquet, draft night, or a championship celebration — we're venue-independent, so we source the space against your headcount and budget, spec the screens and audio, book the catering and bar, and run the room.
We also produce our own fan events, including our FIFA World Cup 2026 series — so the logistics here come from running these nights, not just booking them.
What We Host
From playoff watch parties to team banquets — we've set the stage for Charlotte's most passionate sports groups and fan communities.
Why The Boundary
We run these nights ourselves, which is why this list is about logistics rather than ambience.
01
We spec and source the screens, the feed, and the sound — and we confirm the venue's commercial broadcast licensing before anything is booked. That single check is where most watch parties come undone.
02
Charlotte inside out — which rooms have the sightlines, which have the power for a full AV rig, which bars can actually handle a half-time rush, and where the hidden fees live.
03
We book spaces exclusively for your group, so there's no fighting a crowd for sightlines and no other game on the second screen. Your crowd, your fixture, your volume.
04
Everything the night needs, sourced and managed:
05
We lay out the room around what people came to watch. Screen positions, seating, and bar placement are planned so nobody spends the second half standing behind someone's head.
06
We're an agency first. Ticketing pages, promotion, sponsor activation, on-site content capture, and the recap can all come from the same team producing the event.
We shortlist venues on sightlines, sound, power, bar capacity, and broadcast licensing — then negotiate exclusive use so your group isn't sharing the room or the screens with anyone.
We spec the screens, source the kit, confirm the feed and its licensing, and run a full sound check before doors — so kickoff isn't the moment anyone discovers a problem.
Lighting specced in your team colors and shifted on cue — low and focused during play, full celebration once the final whistle goes.
We source and manage catering and bar — and we staff the bar for the rush, because demand on a match night arrives all at once at half-time rather than spreading across the evening.
The run of show is built backwards from kickoff — doors, food service, and any programming scheduled around the match rather than cutting across it. We're on site running it all night.
Questions
Watch parties, playoff nights, team banquets, award ceremonies, draft parties, fantasy league events, and championship celebrations — plus sponsor activations built around a fixture. We also run our own fan events, including the FIFA World Cup 2026 series.
We spec it to the room and the crowd — screen count, size, and placement so every seat has a sightline — then source the kit and confirm the venue holds the right commercial broadcast license for the fixture. That last part is the one most people miss.
From a team dinner to several hundred fans. Because we source the venue rather than own one, the headcount drives the space — tell us the number and we'll shortlist rooms with the sightlines and bar capacity to match.
Yes — and being an agency, we can design and produce the assets rather than just installing yours. Lighting, signage, backdrops, and printed collateral in your colors.
Sponsor branding is handled the same way when there's a partner attached.
Yes — we source and manage both. Game-day spreads, passed food, full bar, or a sit-down meal. We staff the bar for the half-time rush specifically, because that's when the whole room orders at once.
As soon as the fixture is known. Major game days and championship nights go first, and venues with proper AV and licensing are a smaller pool than people assume. Short notice is often workable — ask and we'll be honest.
Catering Partners
We match the kitchen to the brief rather than defaulting to one caterer. We work with a roster of premium chef-driven partners across every format — passed canapés, family style, plated dinner, full bar, and late-night service — and we shortlist against your menu, your dietary requirements, and your budget. If you already have a caterer you trust, we bring them in rather than replace them.
Discuss Your Menu →Tell us the fixture, the headcount, and the kind of night you want. We'll come back with a venue shortlist, an AV approach, and a budget range. Now booking 2026 and beyond.
