Four roles, one team. Whether you're behind the bar at a Saturday wedding or pulling shots on a Tuesday afternoon — the standard's the same. Bring the energy. We'll bring the room.
Weddings, brand activations, private dinners, corporate events. High-energy rooms where the pace is real and the standard is high.
Our daytime crew. Coffee, pastries, beer, cocktails. Public hours are noon – 4:30 PM. Good people, great energy, attention to detail.
Support our bartenders so they can move. Stocking, ice, glassware, fast hands. A great way in if you're growing toward the bar.
Work the room. Move drinks fast, keep guests happy, push the energy of the night. Strong personality + presence required.
Run the room. Weddings, brand activations, corporate events, private celebrations — you own the timeline, the vendors, and what happens on the night.
Phone-in-hand at events and around the venue. Capture content, cut reels and POVs, and post to The Boundary’s socials. Fast hands, strong eye for vibe.

The vibe starts with us. Guests follow what we bring into the room — pace, warmth, focus.
Clean stations, polished glassware, accurate pours, sharp uniforms. Details are the brand.
Anticipate the next step. Restock before it runs out. Greet before you're greeted.
Read tables, read the floor, read the crowd. Adjust your energy to match the moment.
On time, ready, in uniform, phone away. Reliability is the foundation everything else sits on.
