- Stripe — secure payment processing for reservations, ticket purchases, and event bookings. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Sender.net — email marketing and transactional email delivery for booking confirmations and newsletter communications.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for confirmations, contact replies, and internal notifications.
- Netlify — website hosting, serverless functions, and form handling.
- Google Workspace / Sheets — internal record-keeping for inquiries and bookings.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With trusted vendors, contractors, or service providers who assist in delivering our services and are bound by confidentiality obligations

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, typically for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
